Just the cafeteria (did not stay here): good quality and fine selection from breakfast to dinner; fast, friendly service; nice open air area to sit in the shade. Car is visible from where you sit in hotel compound, so perfect stop between Cancun and Merida with a packed car.
Great location, right at the entrance of the city, very close to downtown. The rooms need some TLC, no hot water, you need to let the water running more than 15min and that is a mayor waste of water
We stumbled across Hotel Hacienda Sanchez by accident. Our plans changed and we needed to find last minute accommodations. Hotel Hacienda Sanchez was available and met our requirements. It exceeded our expectations. The room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was welcoming and very hospitable. We could not have asked for a more pleasant place to stay.
Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Everything was in order, nice staff, pool for the kids and an ok restaurant. Maybe they can update the music playlist in the restaurant which seemed to be stuck since the 90s, but we didn’t mind that.
It’s a very nice and friendly hotel! I booked a room by accident (where I was going was the same name city but in the wrong country ) on the same day of check in and normally it’s non refundable, but the hotel has been very kind and understood that I booked it by mistake and so cancelled my booking as I requested without charging. I really appreciate what they have done for me. I have never been to Mexico neither this hotel but it looks absolutely stunning from the pictures and hoping one day I will be able to travel there with my family
I have stayed at Hotel Hacienda Sánchez several times before and will stay there many more times as well. This is a great place to stay, extremely awesome for families. The pool is great. The staff are always extremely helpful and polite. The value for the price is six out of five stars.
Nice clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great. I recommend dining there during your stay. I love the peaceful sitting areas in the garden and around the pool. Location is close to shopping and only a short distance from the center of town. I'll be back.
I really liked it! It was a stopover on the way to Mexico City. The rooms are cosy and tidy. There is also an old car museum on the hotel grounds and a restaurant with local history. The surroundings are tidy, the pool is well maintained and clean. The hotel has a full range of water dispensers to keep drinking water cold. The food (we had breakfast) is very good! The portions are large. A sincere recommendation for those travelling.
